The lynx, the animal of the year 2011, can hardly be seen in the wild anymore nowadays. A little bit hidden though, one pair has been living in the park for some 15 years now. >>
When the park was founded 20 years ago, a herd of sika deer moved to the area in Reisbach. You can find them on a large meadow in the rear part of the park.
